Humateck collects the following information to provide the service:
Account information: email address, name (provided at sign-up)
Payment information: securely processed through the payment processor, and Humateck does not store card information
YouTube channel information: channel ID and channel name (accessed through Google OAuth and used only for multilingual registration)
Submitted content: video titles and descriptions submitted for translation requests

Article 2 (Use of Personal Information)
The collected information is used only to provide, maintain, and improve the service. Humateck does not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Article 3 (Google OAuth and YouTube Data)
Humateck supports its system only for YouTube multilingual registration by customers using the service, and the specific form of support is as follows:
In connection with the Google Chrome extension, each customer directly accesses their YouTube channel through encrypted Google OAuth authorization.
We do not access or store YouTube data beyond the scope necessary for multilingual registration.
OAuth tokens are used only during the customer’s active session and are not stored on our server at all.

Article 4 (Protection of Personal Information)
Humateck protects personal information by applying industry-standard security measures. However, we cannot guarantee complete security for data transmission over the Internet.

Article 5 (Retention Period of Personal Information)
Account information is retained while the account remains active. If you wish to delete your account and related data, please contact us.

Article 6 (Third-Party Services)
This service is integrated with Google (YouTube API) and payment processor. Please review each service’s privacy policy.

Article 7 (User Rights)
Users have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information. Contact: Customer Support
