Article 1 (Basic Principle)Humateck is a digital service whose value is provided immediately upon use. In accordance with common practice in the SaaS industry, if the service has been used even once during the applicable subscription period, the subscription fee is generally non-refundable.
Article 2 (Service Use and Refunds)If a translation request or multilingual registration has been processed even once during the subscription period, the subscription fee for that period is not eligible for refund. This is consistent with standard industry policy for digital content multilingual registration services.
Article 3 (Subscription Cancellation)Subscriptions may be canceled at any time. Upon cancellation, you may continue using the service until the end of the current subscription period, after which automatic renewal will stop. Partial refunds for the remaining subscription period are not provided.
Article 4 (Exceptional Refund Considerations)Refunds may be considered at Humateck’s discretion only in the following cases:
If the service could not be used at all throughout the entire subscription period due to a clear fault attributable to Humateck
If duplicate billing occurred due to a payment error
Refund requests must be received within 7 days from the billing date and will be processed after review. Issues caused by third-party services, such as YouTube API quota limits or Google OAuth errors, are not eligible for refund.
Article 5 (Refund Inquiries)Please submit refund-related inquiries to Customer Support. If you provide your account information and issue details together, we will respond within 3–5 business days.
